By accessing and using Crafty Stitch Community, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Digital Products

All patterns sold on Crafty Stitch Community are digital products delivered as PDF files. By purchasing:

  • You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the pattern
  • Patterns are for personal use only, not for commercial production
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or share the pattern files
  • You retain lifetime access to re-download purchased patterns

3. Free Pattern Subscription

By signing up for our free fortnightly pattern:

  • You agree to receive emails from Crafty Stitch Community
  • Patterns are provided free for personal use only
  • You can unsubscribe at any time
  • We reserve the right to discontinue the free pattern program at any time

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Due to the digital nature of our products:

  • All sales are final once the download link is provided
  • Refunds are only issued for duplicate purchases or technical issues preventing download
  • We do not offer refunds based on customer preference or change of mind

5. Intellectual Property

All patterns, designs, images, and content on Crafty Stitch Community are protected by copyright. You may:

  • Create and sell finished items made from our patterns (with credit appreciated)
  • Share photos of your completed projects on social media

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or redistribute the pattern PDFs
  • Claim our designs as your own
  • Use our patterns for mass production

6. Limited-Time Drops

Some patterns are offered as limited-time drops. These products:

  • Are only available for purchase during the specified period
  • May not be available again in the future
  • Follow the same refund and usage policies as regular products

7. Technical Requirements

Patterns are provided as PDF files. You are responsible for having appropriate software (such as Adobe Reader) to view and print the files. We provide patterns "as is" and cannot guarantee compatibility with all devices.

8. Customer Support

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your patterns, please contact us at hello@craftystitch.com. We will do our best to resolve issues within 48 hours.

9. Limitation of Liability

Crafty Stitch Community is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our patterns or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email.
